Safety Policy
Management of EPS Painting and Services, Inc is vitally interested in the health and safety of its employees. A major on-going objective is to protect employees from workplace injury or illness. EPS Painting will make every effort to provide a healthy and safe work environment. All supervisors and workers must be dedicated to the objective of reducing the risk of injury and illness.
Safety takes a commitment from all personnel within our organization. Training will be interactive with an opportunity for all employees to actively participate, ask questions, make suggestions, and refer to our written policies and procedures. It is the policy of EPS Painting to provide a work environment that is inherently safe. The safety and health of our employees is of primary importance as they are our most important resource.
We expect all workers to follow the standards of OSHA as well as the safety standards set forth by EPS Painting. In addition, all EPS Painting employees are held directly accountable for the prevention of accidents, for their own personal safety, and for the safety of their coworkers. EPS Painting’s commitment extends not only to its employees but to all subcontractors and visitors on our job sites. Our goal is to conduct in compliance with the highest degree of safety awareness and behavior throughout the project to maintain an accident-free work environment.
